AXIS

In the North, Axis forces leave Voronezh (13,1) and approach Boguchar and Millerovo. The pression on Rostov is stronger and stronger, and it appears very clear how purchasing the KV-2's has been a terrible mistake.

In the South, a deadly attack by the German Pioniere unit pushes back the Bridge Engineers defending Poti, and now the town is clear, but in fact there are only three German units defending Batumi, which is of utter importance for the Axis side, so victory could be right at hand for the Allies.

ALLIES

In the North, four Russian units leave Voronezh and chase the PzIII headed for Boguchar. Over Kletskavka a German JU87 is attacked and destroyed by a MIG-3. At Boguchar, three attacks damage the incoming enemy units. At Rostov, two Ju87's are shot down and an infantry unit is destroyed.

In the South, at Poti an enemy Battleship is sunk, the German Bison is destroyed and the Pioniere unit is hardly beaten, now only a well-entrenched anti-tank unit stands between Allies and the victory. At Tiblisi, three attacks are made to relieve the pressure. Then, a late attack in Rostov.

At the end of turn 5, body count is Axis 23, Allies 35.
